Grilled Chicken Margherita Sandwich

Pilgrim's Chefs turn the chicken sandwich into a Taste of Italy with this recipe, which features fresh tomato, fresh mozzarella, and fresh basil.
Ingredients:
1 roll Italian Roll, split, warm & crisp
1/3 cup Shredded Lettuce
2 slices Tomato
Salt & Pepper to taste
1.5 tablespoons Italian Dressing
1 Chicken Breast (seasoned w/lemon pepper & Grilled to a golden brown w/an internal temperature of 165 degrees)
2 slices Fresh Mozzarella
3 leaves Fresh Basil, torn
Directions:
Open spit roll and cover the bottom portion of the bun with the shredded lettuce.
Arrange the sliced tomatoes on the lettuce & season with salt & Pepper then drizzle w/ the Italian dressing.
Place the grilled chicken on the tomatoes.
Arrange the slices of mozzarella on the chicken breast.
Top the mozzarella w/ the torn basil leaves
