The Grand Prize winner and three guests will join Chef Patrick Payet in France for The Perfumes, Colours and Flavours of the Luberon, a week-long immersion in "all that is Provence". Patrick graduated from the school of Roger Vergé, and has run his restaurant for over 20 years in the village of Goult, Provence. He has even had a cameo mention in Peter Mayle's famous book "A Year in Provence" and a cameo appearance in Peter Mayle's film "A Good Year" starring Russell Crowe!
